Complete Collection

Well, I've recently got back into BF2, having finally got X-fi mode to work, and I've just noticed that I can get the BF2 Complete Collection for only £5 now. I obviously have the original game, but none of the expansions and boosters.

Is it possible for me to use the complete collection to just add the expansions, or would it hae to be a fresh install?

How good is the online presence for the expansions these days, in terms of decent Western European (Preferably UK) servers, or is it a large proportion of statpadding and other rubbish these days?

Overall, do you think it's worth a punt for £5?

I think you need to install it again because the boosterpacks are included in the cd not a big deal though . And yes its worth 5,-$

I found a couple good AF and EF servers out there, not that many though.

You won't have to reinstall.

The boosterpacks are pretty much dead but there's still a few playing special forces. Even if it is mostly warloard and ghost town IO.

Where did you find the complete collection for that cheap? The cheapest ive seen is for $30.

Definitely worth it, despite the fact EF/AF servers are minimal.

The unlocks from SF alone are worth the money in my opinion.

I already have the unlocks, because I had a go on SF at a friend's house. I'll leave getting it until after my exams.
