Dude no. I think you have to say in the videos description who the artist and song is. And in the video also include the songs title. That's atleast what I've noticed.
Yeah i think if you give credit to the company like copyright WMG 2002 blah blah then they may not care... also if they take away your audio, just dispute it and choose option 2... it always works
Kinda strange if you ask me, I mean to spot those songs in your movie they must check all video's to find them, and youtube haves one of the most vids and music vids there is. I hope the employee's of youtube have a higher pay other wise they spend there time even worse.

Pretty simple to have software detect the tracks in the videos and pass them along to a person to verify.

I own the CD / DVD or bought the song online.
Buying a song, CD, DVD, or other piece of media doesn't give you authorization to post that content on YouTube. The content owner still has the right to choose where it is distributed.
The content was only a part of my video.

There are other videos on YouTube with the same content. Why can't I use it too?
Copyright is all about the owner's right to decide who can use their content. Someone else's use doesn't give you permission.

No. Giving credit does not give you authorization to upload the content.
