I keep getting kicked by punkbuster and that is the reason it gives me. Punkbuster B no heartbeat. I have updated my punkbuster with pbsetup and pbsvc but keep getting kicked.

Something is blocking the communication of PB. Have you changed any of the sleep times with PB? Installed or updated any firewalls or antivirus?
Ive seen a few people get kicked for this yesterday, it may be some type of bug in an update as well.

I installed a new antivirus program at the beginning of the week. This is the first time that I have tried to play WaW since then though. I also checked my firewall and it is allowing Punkbuster B through.Comment

Try connecting to a server and type:
/pb_sleep 500
/pb_ver
Check task manager to see if you have both PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB running when CoD is running...
Try manually starting PnkBstrB - if you go into task manager, you can right click on PnkBstrA and click "Open file location" - which should be in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (if you use Vista x64 bit) then open up PnkBstrB by double clicking it... (it'll exit itself, but it might kick PB to work properlly)
Not sure if all that would work, of course your Firewall might be blocking PB B etc.Comment
