help me in Volatile ping

i have a problem in my bf2
the problem is that some time when i log in in my account in bf2 its give me a good ping 150 that's good for me because im in UAE and im contacting to France server but some time its give me 350 or 400 or 250 i don't know what is the problem there i closed all application before i join the server and this didn't fix the problem
but when i test my internet speed in www.speedtest.net and i chose a parice server its tell me that the ping is 150 but in game it show 350,450 or 250
if any one know how i can fix this problem please tell me
