Hello guys, i got a problem with my connection. From this pc it takes about 2 or 3 minutes to log into my account and bfhq wont show my ranks. But if i share the game's folder and have the cd inside the other pc and i start the game and retrieve the account it logs in around 5 secs and everything is working. How can i fix this problem on my own pc?

To speed up login time to your account, remove all servers from your favourites list in the server browser. Bf2 is trying to ping the servers while you log in.Comment

and does that solve the bfhq problem too? btw i got 2 gb ram and 256 mb vga ram and the other comp is older with 1gb ram and 128 mb gfx cardComment

You know, I really am unsure how to help. I had the same question you had a few years back on an old build of mine. Took 1-2 minutes to connect, took 1-2 minutes to load the server list. Then on my laptop (much slower) I could connect in seconds, the server list loaded extremely fast.
Games are weird sometimes is the best I can say.Comment
