There has been a lot of new information about BF1943 and Bad Company 2 recently so I'm just reminding people that the BF2 1.5 patch is still supposed to be coming out some time. I expect many people forgot about it, as I certainly did.

BF2 has more servers (4046) then COD5 W@W (1948) or 2142 (1092)...
I mean COD W@W came out not too long ago and it only has 2000 servers compared to COD4 which has 14500 servers.Comment

So it would seem that BF2 is not as brilliant as some make out.
The day i became a 3 star general i lost all interest for BF2, and what's more is i don't care about a BF3, if it ever comes anyway.Comment

People want BF3 because BF2 came out nearly 4 years ago and is looking a little dated now. Well, and because people are hoping some of the nagging hitbox problems and other issues won't be carried over into a new game. Otherwise, BF2 was a pretty good game, and people want to see more of the series.Comment

I've been anxiously awaiting the new patch. The game is great, but we simply need more. Any new features would be a welcome change in my opinion. And considering how long this is taking I expect something good. If we all just shut up and no one say's 'where's the patch?' do you suppose we're going to get it? Really it's hard to say. But just to be sure, WHERE'S THE PATCH!?Comment
