at the moment i'm using Raz's config from Dignitas, does anybody know any other good configs i can try to get good reg, low lag and maximum fps output?

BashandSlashs Yitch3 is great if you have a lower end PC, I used to use it before I got this sex god that is sitting beside me. All of these 'pro' configs are tuned for high end PCs, I always thought it best to tweak it to your own performance.

Oh and, little tip, if you have a graphics card that allows it, set its profile to performance not quality, should bump your fps up a bit.

Yeah I used Yitch3 but I didn't like it.. I've got one I like now so i'm just going to stick with it :)
