Yeah, annoying rdx and apm spammer. Back when the APMs killed you from across the room. Wasn't Duke_Nukem the OG #1 cheat? He climbed to #1 when the titan guns gave you a ridiculous amount of ammo points.

Wasn't Simon Moon the first 'notable' #1? I recall some of the in-game ad posters showing up with him as 'Wanted' and such. But that was ages ago it seems.

Remember it's only a game........let the the name KAIN RIP even though he was the highest ranking stat fraud for several years. The real question is how many gamers will miss him, he was like a pimple that would never go away on the leader board.

I read that interview nearly two years ago now I think.

I like the way that he comes across as quite human and reasonable even though he'd dedicated a percentage of his free time to the game which most people would consider weird and unhealthy.

I bet loads of people read the stuff he was saying about poor frame-rates on titans, and they were nodding their heads clean off their shoulders.:nod:

Of course now every kid and his brother seems to have an all-singing all-dancing GFX setup, so that probably applies a bit less than it used to...

wasn't he #1 the first few weeks the game came out? then simonmoon was #1 for a while. i remember an interview about him too. he said something about being 21 or so & not having a job.
