LOL, just chalk it up to the fact that I've always been pre-occupied with the raging fire-fights usually surrounding the mosque to even take note of the details it has.
Thats what I though but I think my memories that im thinking of are all looking at the back where it is all TAN, strange, had a quick google also and it seems to have always been like that....well I never around 500 hours of playing this game and I cant remember what the most obvious building looks like lol :\
When I have a chance tonight I will have to take a look. I find is mystifying that I have made it to 3 star general with hundreds of hours on mashtuur and have not noticed that color before...
*edit* you have got to be kidding me... i just watched two videos on youtube, both of them the mosque looks like that... wth?!
I'm pretty sure everyone is remembering playing with low graphics settings "back in the day" ... now that everyone is running with higher settings, there's a shock that BF2 can have so much detail. Quite honestly, BF2 is a gorgeous game with the settings cranked up.
No matter how low your settings are the Masque still has the ornaments on it... It's one of those things you never pay attention to while your fighting...
