I noticed that its mostly the haters commenting now, but anyone thinking that EA/DICE might be trying the repair some of the PR damage that they took by screwing up BF2.
Think of it this way, Google "Battlefield 2" and you get almost nothing but negative results about how the patches progressively made the game worst, hackers, exploits and so on and so forth. They need to do a major clean up and that's maybe why they are trying to release so many BF games between 2 and 3 so that when 3 roles around that there are less chances of it flopping because of passed mishaps.
They wanna be darn sure that 1.5 is ready when they release it. Honestly they should quit their b*****ing and just get cracking on BF3, once the game is out word of mouth is all they will need to kick the COD series out of its thrown.
