HL2 Engine error

Hi everyone,

K, i recently bought the Orange Box and am getting these errors.

I opened HL2: Eps1 and takes me to menu then CTD and shows me "HL2 Engine error" wtf is this?

Most of the time restarting Steam does the job.

If not, try logging in as the Administrator of your computer. Steam requires you to be the admin of the computer to play a game.

There's only one account and thats me the admin.

Second i am gunna try that steam restart sounds like a good option.

I am such a fool, as i uninstalled Steam, reinstalled it, and now am reinstalling all the games again its a pain! cause it takes ages.
