No, thats only for First Sergeant.. and since you only have 8 hours (I think) in a jet it will take you some time.

When these Armour/Helo/Jet whores cant get their toys of destruction they have to ground pound and thats where your experience will own their asses!

If u looked at the bottom of the stat page u will see what u need.
