BF won't start up

I've just made a re-install of my windows, and wanted to play some BF2.

I made a installation without any problems. But when I start the game, it opens the first screen, the one with "Battlefield" and a huge "2" in the background, a second of black screen and the game shuts down. No matter what I try, i't wont start.

Are anyone able to help me?

check and make sure your monitors refresh rate is set at 60hz.
