i downloaded some file for the bofors scar off this site

it is a 166kb RAR file. what exactly would i do with it and how do i use it to obtain the bofors? or can i?

hmmm no i thought ea now allowed it to be changed they made a exception to this but i am not sure. test it if you want. else just contact ea to ask how to get it.

no in the patch they made a change it would be able, i saw it when i downloaded the patch for my brother. but they didnt explained anything, just htat people now could get the bofors if they wanted to.

If i would of known that this weapon was going to be given by pre ordering from Best buy, i would of done it there. Instead i pre ordered from game stop since April, and i didn't get crap.

well you are not from the US so you wouldnt have gotten it anyway. but ea hands out these guns now, so ask and they will update your account to best buy pre order.

Wait, what? You can just ask them and they'll put the BOFORS on your account? Seriously? Who/where did you ask?

Quem - I think the GameStop preorders got you the free unlock (40 career points w00t! ), whereas Best Buy gave the BOFORS skin. I preordered mine from EB and it came with the free unlock and I believe GS and EB are one and the same.

I got nothing. I read later on that ppl were getting the rank up and a Dog tag USB drive, yet i got S***-diddly

i have heard that one guy got it by contacting ea support. it took him a few days but then he got it.
