Weird Awards Problem

Hello,
I've come into a rather strange problem when playing BF2142 lately. None of the medals, etc that I earn in ranked servers show up in my BFHQ, and the stats for these awards do not seem to update.
However, any rank I gain, along with career points I get, update as normal. This includes career points coming from awards.
Any Ideas?

there is a strange stats outdate atm, no kd, spm and wl are recorded but normal career points are recorded.

i am not sure, but i think this actually is part of the issue. i have gotten so many awards the last couple of days i dont even know if htey updateXD. but i think it is part of the issue as in bfhq it shows the stats the server thinks you have.

how long does it usually take ea to fix these server outages?
