I have briefly played it on the console, but I like it much better on the PC. Nothing will beat the smoothness of the mouse and keyboard, don't get me wrong though, the console version was still quite good.

(I have played it on console and like every other console fps ever made its poop, well thats being nice because TF2 on a console is poop and all the other console fps games are ****ing terrible)

Depends I think, if you are used to console shooters it shouldn't. But all shooters on the consoles are difficult at first. I will always prefer my PC.

Yeah I don't think PS3 get any updates at all and 360 are getting them all rolled into one, I don't think they've had any content updates if any at all.

And as previously mentioned multiplayer FPS on console are usually phail.

The problem with using a control over M+KB is that some classes, like the scout, are rather ridiculously overpowered because people can't turn around fast enough to kill them. Aiming overall is dreadful. The only thing good about the console versions are that they don't have any servers with modded player numbers. And that's about it.
