Change PRSP spawntime?

Is that possible? How do I do it? I've looked around in the Python files and I can't understand any of them.

Also, is it possible for me to do some tweaks of my own in PRSP? *coughmoresprintcough*, I'm not going to spend all my time waiting for the spawn then walking just to fight bots. :p
