COD4 + Punkbuster Errors

Anyone else getting this since the new 1.7 punkbuster update for COD4?

I keep getting kicked after a few minutes for MD5 Tool queries, and basically through the course of the game punkbuster spikes the processing requirements of COD4, eventually kicking me.

This happens EVERY time I join and play on any server. And yes, this is the updated PB, which is a problem because I can't downgrade etc, I must use what they release..

Any ideas?

I have been having the same issues the past cpl days. It's annoying as hell.

Sometimes the MD5 tool querie issue is caused by a manual change to a setting. I had a problem a while back because I turned brass off and some servers didnt like that.

So if you have some things turned off or changed from the default, I would go through those settings and restore them one at a time and see how it goes.
