Squadplay all the way was always a good server, but correct me if I'm wrong (although I'm sure I'm right....) : but after squadplay decided to stop 2142 most of the players decided to leave and form monkey-gamers, who have pretty much had a squad play server up since the old SPATW server vanished, with largely the same people on.

Battleforce 64 Suez Titan was one of the classics for me.

thats true, but there are loads of rocket spammers around there, and i dont like that, far more rocket and nade spam than in spatw, and more rule breakers.

MG's server is good but can't live up to the old epicness of Squadplay all the way

There was this clan that ran a server with only big conquest maps like Sidi/Shuhia/Suez that was great fun, was it MIA? It was fun anyway :p

Squadplay all the way was older than most servers. Use to play that one occasionally as well it was good.

Yeah Monkey's a good server, got my SL badges there with my 2nd soldier.

But SPATW Tunis fights were epic :thumbsup: :salute:

lol i love SL badges...umm ok 30 spawns on squad beacon. well that means you need to have some scrubs get killed alot in a round and pod down over and over again. who thinks up these awards

20 spawns is not a big problem in a good squad server like Monkey, 30 spawns is more difficult. I placed a beacon hidden between the train wagons and asked everybody to spawn for my gold SL badge. Me and a team mate guarded the beacon and I got the badge rather quick.

Was that before or after they changed healing points so you only needed to heal someone 50 HP to get a point?
