Its Simple, How many Left 4 Dead Achievements do you have? And i mean WITHOUT CHEATS!

Myself, i have 40, still trying to get 1 or 2, the rest seem pretty impossible to get.

Actually 50/51 everyone knows "Lamb 2 Slaughter" is glitched and doesn't show up on steam only in game.
