Hud Dissappearing

this happend one time before in cod 4 but i far got how to fix it. in a non hardcore standard tdm match. the hud will appear and dissappear camt see if i got radar or dogs etc.. or cant see my ammo or gernades i fargot the fix for this. an did a search and nothing came up anyone have a clue ?

So, do you think this is being done through a personal config, through a server config, or it's actually a bug?
