Off Topic: Samsung Media Studio Help!

Hi, I'm sorry if this is off topic, but I think its not since it deals with PC's. Okay, I just a Samsung MP3 Model: YP-S3; and Its full charged, and I can't open the Samsung Media Studio to put music and videos in the MP3. So I re-install it again. Same thing, I found out I had it as USA, but it needs to be set as UK, Germany, or Korea.
So I set it as UK.
So, I start it and It won't open, it just keeps showing the busy mouse pointer.
I have WMP v11.
I got OS: Windows Vista Home Premium. (PC is up-to-date)
Is there anything I can fix this?
I really would enjoy If someone told me how to fix it.

Strange, I also have a samsung mp3 and did not have the problem installing the media studio, both on Vista and Xp.
