me, and I havent found a way to play it yet, SP freezing at difficulty and MP CTD after map loads on server

I heard horror stories about Direct 2 Drive, so I dl'd mine from Steam. It downloaded already patched and has basically run trouble free.

Its not 100%, but Shook at problems and he went out and bought the DVD. Ever since then I think he has been running fine.
