Create an online profile loop error

I installed the game and when I go to play multiplayer it asks me for a name for my multiplayer account. I type it on, hit ok. Then it asks me "Bla bla you need an online account for stuffz, would you like to creat one" I hit yes, it then goes back to asking for my name and repeats.

What is the solution to this, like what the hell. Can they not make the game so you can play online.

When you start the game up does it immediately say you have to create an account?
