Any Good CTF and/or TDM Servers?

Hardcore or Softcore TDM and/or CTF Servers you guys know of that are good? (Located in US)

Good admins, good activity and maybe max players no more than 26.

Two other servers I got banned on for "Hacking" which were like the only ones in my favorites so I need new servers! I guess I am too good to be without hacks for Blackhats and Warkings. Whatever, now I need some more servers!

It's damn hard finding good servers that are always populated.

Pretty good server but I'd like some more suggestions.

Yeah, I have [TeW] in my Favorites. I am looking for some solid CTF Servers. I play in XS>Legions WAW Server that plays CTF, TDM, DOM, and WAR. It is a pretty damn good server.
