Analog out of range.

so i accidently changed my resolution before i changed my widescreen options, and for some reason now my Css is black and i cant see anything. it just has a monitor message saying analog out of range 30/60hz. how can i fix this? if i move my mouse i can hear it hover over the different options. ive tried reinstalling.

What is your current refresh rate? And what was your refresh rate before the accident?
