    Backing up COD5 Profile

    I will be moving to windows vista soon and i would like to know if anyone can tell me how to back up my profile on COD5 so i dont lose my rank, stats, name etc

    Im sure i can probs google this but i cant find it anywhere on these forums and i think it should be here
