    Re: Killmessage

This is where your localisation files have become corrupt. You can either reinstall the game or ask for someone else's backup files.

The former is probably quicker and easier.

When this happened to me I just simply reinstalled 1.41 patch.

Other than being an annoiance, does it cause any problems? Fixing it may be more trouble than it's worth.

Thanks for the come-backs guys.......preciate it.

Try just patching, that may fix it?

Nah it won't do anything bad, but fixing is just replacing a file.

Take these and replace the contents of the old English folders in C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Localization and C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\xpack\Localization (for SF) if you want the original localizations back.

or mess up your whole game

ignoring it is the best solution, its not effecting your gameplay in any way

                    Re: Killmessage

Just ask a friend to back up the file. Tell him to zip it up and send it to you. Than simply delete your file, and put in the one you got from you friend.
