Why isn't the Black Cat level in the co-op mode?

The sp level where you are in the airplane and keep switching guns. I isn't in the co-op list.

Ohhh. I would imagine because its a very small level. I suppose everyone could take a gun and not move.

Neither the plane mission, nor sniper mission (and I think 1 more) were included in co-op. Treyarch talked about this...each one was for different reasons, but all basically because they are more confined and do not lend as well to infantry team-work and completing challenges/using death cards. Sure, they could've done it, but the payoff would've been very small.

The tank mission is playable in Co-op, I've done it with some of my homies.

For the deathcards you can go on youtube and it has the locations of all 13.
