Portal, COD4, Crysis: Warhead, and both episodes of Half-Life 2 I beat in one sitting each. I played straight through both episodes of HL2 in one sitting.
The first game I remember beating in one sitting was Zelda: A Link to the Past. On the 2nd run through I decided to see how fast I could do it while getting everything, including all of the heart containers and bottles. It took me under 3 hours.

I remember a few, loads of the mario gmaeboy games, James Bond Nightfire on the Gamecube, Portal

Only ones i can remember are Portal CoD4 and GUN.
There's proberly more from when i was younger but they can't have been that good

I beat COD4, COD2, and C&C 3 i also did COD but that was short i don't count it as a sitting more like a break lol.

Deus Ex, Quake 2, Unreal, Turok 2 (PC)

Turok 2 is prolly one of the best ports I`ve ever played. The maps, weapons, monsters, etc are just awesome.

I think the only games I have ever finished in one sitting are Mario games on GBA and Tekken3.

i believe portal, im not 100% on that though. The HL series took me a little while and CoD4 was dragged out into a couple days seeing as i got it on Xmas
