I'll have to try that sometime. It would help when you with those zombies right behind you, and you don't realize they're there until they take off like 15 of you health.

cool i noticed sometimes when you're boomered or attacked by the witch it automatically switches to 3rd person. when that happens its pretty annoying.

some stuff Valve left in there likely for the versus mode where its better to have a 3rd person camera if you are playing as a Hunter, Smoker etc
