Should I get Half-life 1?

Its on sale for only $1 (well, 98 cents really) until nov 21st. Is the game still worth getting? I know some games age well, but I don't know much about HL1.

Half Life is always a classic. Get it, even if you don't play it regularly, it is one of those games where you have a fiddle every now and then.

lol I was about to sleep... like does it never end?

The game is pretty fun, even though I keep running into those damn headhumpers all the time... they always come through some microscopic hole in the roof and leaves me with a measly 30 HP basically making me afraid to do anything.
