I call BS on this one. Ive shot people in the head with the sawed off shotty. If that doesnt pop off a head, nothing will.

I don't think this game allows heads being blown off, I have yet to see it. If you find it, it will DEFINITELY be a PoTD. But yeah, I don't think they coded that in.
