No voice sounds or radio

I just reinstalled BFV and patched it up but for some reason I don't hear any of the voice sounds (such as "Roger That!") nor do I hear the radio if I turn it on in a vehicle.

Anyone have any idea why this might be?

Play with the audio settings ingame?
Sound Quality
and the Music/Effects/Voices volume sliders.

i guess you must be running it in vista. Run it in xp or earlier compatibility mode and the sound will work.
