BF2cc confusing problem

when i try to add an online account the password area is greyed out and i cant type in anything. also stats dont seem to work and i have racked my brain and searched as hard as i can but i dont know what is going on...

Is your B2CC account in the "Administrators" group?

razor goes there quite frequently to answer questions and it's very possible your solution is already posted there
