yeah i started playing multi and jumped in a tank and the tanks are different/better in multi than they were in the sp campaign or maybe that was the patch or something(?) idk

Yeah, the tank controls are completely screwed in SP. Basically you have to aim with your turret, then the main body of the tank follows. Not sure why they deviated away from the control layout in MP.

I think it's linked because they wanted to make it easy to use the flames... since you can only shoot that from out of the tank, you can't shoot it from the turret... The mission was ok, it seemed laggy for me though, probably had like 20 fps

The whole SP is laggy and i have turned my A/V software off. The MP runs smooth on all high yet the SP takes an age to load the maps, sound stutters and it lags uncontrollably.

I know its odd, basically the MP runs smooth but the SP takes about 5 minutes to load the movies and then when i finally get into the game the movement is very jittery.

haha, I know what you're talking about! I was not enjoying that tank mission in sp at all! MP tanks are all good, but for some reason that mission was retarded. Agreed with you Field.

Agreed. I just played through the mission and wow...that was really annoying. :hmm:

Oh, you guys mean the SP tank level? I agree, that sucked. They should have made it the same as the MP controls. I died several times because my tank didn't turn the right direction
