    Steady Aim

    I have did some testing but can not come up with anything conclusive, does steady aim help semi auto rifles any?

      Make two kits identical and put SA in one of them. Mark a spot for you to fire at a blank wall and without zooming in. Look at the difference in the pattern.

        I use my sights all the time, so i wouldent know if it worked or not.

          Ya it's for hip shots... (not aiming down the sight) - You'll notice the white crosshair is smaller with Steady Aim on... I forget the actualy ratio between using Steady Aim and not, but I think it's roughly 75% of the actual cross hair... (so it's only 25% smaller x-hair)

          But that makes a big difference if you use it for longer range hip shots...

            By hip do you mean firing when crouched? or anytime not looking down the sights?

              Firing from the hip is when using the crosshairs (ie. not ironsights).
