Can't create Online Profil!

When I start the BETA this screen appears and i choose my name.

Then I click OK and the ERROR is "You need an online profile to play in Cooperative and Multiplayer modes.

Do you want to create online profile now ?"

Then the whole thing starts over again. I can't create an account. I tried it with different names, that's not the problem.

Anyone can help me ?

Try these steps:

1) if you have any anti-virus programs running (eg. AVG), turn them off, and try again.

2) if you have a firewall program (eg. ZoneAlarm, etc), turn it off, and try again.

3) restart your PC, and try again.

4) uninstall the game, then re-install, and try again with a different profile name.

Post back if those don't work.

Furthermore i tried it with a different beta code. It is still not working

Firewall was my problem with that - I'm running Comodo and Windows Firewall (know you should'nt but hell eh )

Check to see if windows firewall is on, and if your using a 3rd party one, close it and make sure the service is unloaded.
