Can anyone else not access the www.callofduty.com world at war forums? I cant. idk, mabey I got banned for ranting about treyarch :banned: :weo:

I'm also not going to debate this with anybody. I've said it before, and I'll say it again - when I have news to share, I'll share it. The BETA release isn't delayed, as we've never given a specific date. Sure it is later than the 360 BETA, but it's also more polished and has many of the 360 bugs fixed as a result.

jd thank you you have answerd a question that will save us a big head ach none of us want to spam your forums but wat do you expect when you leave posts like it will be here soon soon soon then we all sit up waiting and then you dont post for days so we get frustrated please just say you will keep us in the loop

FilePlanet is not going to be an exclusive provider of this BETA, so don't worry. There will be plenty of other mirrors to download the BETA, including BitTorrent, in the event you cannot find a fast server at FilePlanet.

yeah... i see that... i created a new account just incase. now i can get in. i can still log into my old account though, but cant access the forums. i guess my real account got banned oh well... atliest i vented :-P

I beleave i was banned for making a thread about how it should be called a demo and not a beta. Its ok, I made a new account. Also, I like this place better and will never use there forums again after getting my second beta key for the girlfriend.

Doubtful. They'd only ban you for continued spam, foul language, or flaming against other members. One thread arguing beta vs demo wouldn't have done it, unless you were using profanity.

At any rate, you're right about those forums just being a pain...once the Beta is out, then getting info for the full version can be done by filtering for posts by JD or Vahn, and then after release, hopefully they'll make a separate forum section for mapping/modding, which will be less frequented by the spammy folks.
