I believe that the PC version will be good. I'll bring up once again, that Grey Matter is now part of Treyarch, so we should be excited they're making this game. Grey Matter made the famous Return to Castle Wolfenstein Enemy Territory mp that they released for free that is still being played today and they also made CoD:UO.
Also, I was a graphic designer on a mod team for the original CoD and we had problems with IW. They said they would help modders, but not much custom content was released b/c they did not exactly hold true to all their promises. We were switching to the ET game and Grey Matter spoke with us more than once, gladly helping us with our questions. They're a good group of people.
