man I havent been here in a longgggg time but its great to see that over 3 years have passed since bf2 came out and its still going strong. I remember when the gulf of oman demo came out in June of 05 and I played that sucker for probably 12 hours straight before I went to sleep.

I gave myself carpal tunnel and MAN was that addicting. I remember giggling to myself when I was popping guys off with the SAW out of the side of the blackhawk thinking I was so happy to be alive to play such a wonderful game.

ahh the memories of this game will last a lifetime!

To be honest i don't have as many good memory in bf2, but instead most of my memories are from bf1942. Mafia Server was the best, flying jeeps and boats, and a knife can destroy a plane in one shot, good times.

I played the demo for ages before I got the full game, it was awesome.

I remember BF1942 midway island i think with the ships driving around.

And then desert combat and forgotten hope, the awesomeness of those 2 mods...

Lost village and alamein on DC....
