Low Fps 15/66?

when i play bf2 single player, it runs really smooth with high settings. but when i get on multiplayer my fps sticks at 15/66. whats up?
i dont think it is my internet.

ah you have the 15fps bug. I used to get that a lot in SF. delete your bf2 video shaders and let bf2 rebuild them. they should be in /my documents/bf2/profiles/000x/

^Try that, if it still laggs, post your computer's specs and your BF2 settings.
