FYI, according to the callofduty.com forums the mosin is also not a 1 hit kill w/stopping power in regular. I'm so happy to be on PC - rifle mods ftw.

Maybe...although the guy in that Mosin vid got plenty of 1-hit kills. They weren't all headshots, and I think it's unlikely that all of those guys he hit were already wounded.

It was hardcore.

Another mosin video. This one actually has a lot of 1 shots to the torso in regular, though it's a montage and thus harder to tell if the enemy has been hurt already. Also, atrocious music warning.

Thanks for the music warning. Yep, pretty horrible. This guy seems to really know how console aiming works - he's usually stationary (ie. not running 'n gunning), takes his time lining up the shot, and often sets up his aim ahead of the target and lets them move into his sights. Effective.
