Connection problem error (But no actual connection problems)

Ok I am getting a connection problem error ever couple of minutes, or whenever I get killed it pops up. It lags for a couple seconds, but I don't know why. My ping is fine, well under 100...and I don't have any lag issues in any game. I download files from the internet sometimes over 800kb/sec so I have a very good connection.

What gives?

It's driving me insane, it seems to want to pop up when it really shouldn't!! Like I was ready to shoot this guy down in a plane than ..ALMOST..ALMOST....*connection error*..than eh!?!!..than CRASH..than ****..

I had this same problem, too, but it was a bit different. It would only happen on this one highway tampa server and only when I was in the jet. My ping would be about 80, which is perfect for me. I also download files at 800kb/s to 2mb/s (depends on the website). Then after I had upgraded my 8600GT to a 9600GT the connection problem warning completely disappeared. It was really weird and I couldn't figure out what had happened. I wish I could help, but I can only share my past experience

Try disabling VOIP, it causes this problem for some people.
