Yes, at the very least at 1024x768, but I'd go for it and try 1280x1024.

Are you being serious? I can't tell if you are or not... and with his setup he should be able to play it at any resolution with a great frame rate...

If your going for 4gigs or ram make sure you get a 64OS so you can actually use it.

check out my system specs on the left, even with that i still expericene some lag on a few maps even with <40 ping

Are you serious.... I could max PR with only my 8600GT. Maxed at 1280x1024, but still, the 8800GTX is way better than the 8600GT.

With my 8600 I used to get 40 - 60FPS. This is perfectly fine, especially since PR has a slow pace. With my 9600 I get 60FPS+ (usually doesn't go above 130 or so)

What Sike was referring to was specific maps. There are some maps that are just laggy because of how they are made (although I believe they've fixed the major lag in recent updates).

Maybe all of you arnt TOO smart, but 1024 is the highest RES i can go with maxing out this game, even on that i have to turn some things on Meduim. so unless im doing something wrong i cant max with 4850
