Help with Mass Effect (PC)

Hello all, i need some help here. My freind tempted me into getting Mass Effect for the PC. Truth be told it is an awesome RPG/Action game. The interaction with the AI is really fun to experience. Neways, the game started to freezy then to CTD. Sometimes with an error report.

The game is buggy, like may EA published games (Crysis) i found a patch but that would not help. Anyone here knows a fix? Many thanks.

I had no problems with my game played the whole thing through fine.

Oops sry not Crysis lol, i meant FFoW :p. Neways thnx for the replies, i will try to get some patches and fixes.
