    MD5 Tool Mismatch

    Guys, please can anyone tell me what the hell this message means "MD5Tool Mismatch" I get kicked from some servers with this message. It refers to "mods\bf2\settings\usersettings.co (len=390)"
    I have NO Modified content at all! Weird!

      It happens when you try and improve the hit reg in the game by changing ping/ latence, to try and get more in sync with the server and lost the 100ms default ping.

      You can get banned for it, but alot of the time its just a kick.


      I saw someone get banned for the very same thing 2 days ago.
