It really depends on the player you are taking a SS of and their settings and resolution. The higher their settings and resolution, the less of the screen you are going to get. The 80-20 will get you a small portion of the mini-map and sometimes the cross-hairs, but usually the cross-hairs are just out of the picture.
You could try 75-25, but then you barely get any of the mini-map.
