lol yeah, They are pretty good speeds for Australia.. Though we would get stomped by American speeds, and they by Japan..

They cap our upstream like f*cking crazy. It's annoying as hell if you're on a private torrent tracker, because uploading at 10% of your download speed means you'd better hope you're one of the first to seed something, otherwise you've just raped your ratio.

Being a member on a private torrent tracker in no way implies illicit activity, you mental midget. You'll notice I said "if", which in no way implies in any way that I do so personally, not that it would matter because not everything on private trackers is pirated.
