Crash to Desk top WTF????

Hey guys,

Wondering if someone can help.... I play in game for about 10 minutes or so and then out of nowhere CTD! I just don't get it.... All my drivers are up to date, I'm running the BARE minimum in task manager. It just seems to quit like one second I'm playing and the next I'm on the desk top.... Here are my specs

Win XP SP3
Asus Crosshair
4 gigs DDR2 Knigston Value Ram
AMD 6000 Duo Core CPU
XFX 8800GTS 512
SB XFI Extreme Music sound card

Running in background while in game

Xfire
TS
Nortons

And about 20 of the essential windows processes.

Can anyone help me??? I'm really lost here

Mine does the same thing, but eventually it will stop CTDing or not do it alltogether. I'd like help too if anyone has a solution.

You can run bf2 in a window, which should give you an error message when it crashes.
Change +fullscreen 1 to +fullscreen 0 in the BF2 shortcut target.

mine always CTDs when i increase my AGP aperture to 128 from 64. anyone know why?
